Do you offer warranty for your products?

Accepted Answer

For faulty or defective products, we offer a 7-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Faulty products will be replaced with an identical product, or if unavailable, we can offer a replacement item of the same value or store credit. For products with manufacturer warranty, please keep all boxes, warranty slips, and your original receipt safe until the end of the warranty period.

What does the Pleasureme warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. For faulty products, please test with new batteries and ensure they are correctly inserted before making a claim. Note that shipping costs for faulty products are at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.

Can I return the product?

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns, so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and our team.

I have submitted a warranty / return request. How soon can I expect a response?

Please contact us for further information about returning faulty items. For manufacturer warranty claims, you will need to provide your warranty slip and original receipt for a replacement.

We use only medical grade silicone for our devices. This material is non-porous, body safe, durable and easy to clean.
